*note, by commissioning me you agree to these terms, it is advised to read through all them however if you dont it is not my fault if there are misunderstandings. If you have any questions please do reach out :)I have the right to refuse any commission for any given reason
TAT (turn around time)
- usually 1 to 3 weeks from when i start
- i wont have a set deadline (unless specified otherwise) but feel free to ask for tat estimations
- keep in mind that i am a student and i might take longer than expected
payment
- payment is through paypali may also accept payment through steam games/gift cards or origin sims packs, please dm me for wishlist
process
- specify exactly which commission type you'd like, poses, expressions etc
-payment in full before I start
- you can request changes in the appropriate stage (changes in the sketch when i show a sketch update)
- i will send updates and wips frequently
- you can always ask for updates
- once the commission is completed i can send it via email, discord, th etc-at any stage during the commission, if you do not reply within 5 days I will continue and no changes can be made.
- If in the last /final stages of the commission you do not reply within 5 days I will mark the commission as finished and send you a version with my proper watermark and instructions about credits.
rights
- personal use only (unless discussed otherwise)
- never remove my watermark and never claim as your own
- i am allowed to use the finished piece as examples and post on my social media (unless discusssed otherwise)
- give proper credit (i am olivesdontbite on all platforms) if you use it as a profile picture or banner for example
- under no circumstance can you use my art for AI in any way shape or form. This will result in an instant block and blacklist.
refunds and cancelations
- you can always cancel the commission if i have not started yet
- if you'd like to cancel after i have done the sketch, you will need to pay for the sketch
- no refunds after payment is done
